Alfred Road

In this renovation, we stripped the building to its bare bones, to bring this beautiful Victorian coastal property into the 21st Century. With a single storey extension to the rear, we were able to maximise light and space, creating a large open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.  In this family home, 4 new bathrooms were added to ensure all occupants had ample facilities. This home being only a stones throw from the beach, an outdoor shower was installed for post-surf washing.
