The Ballroom

Raum had the privilege of working on the renovation of this beautiful historic property, known as The Ballroom. Our team was tasked with carefully restoring the property, modernising its spaces while preserving its unique character. The project involved gutting and skillfully rebuilding the property to enhance its historical features and maximise the stunning views. We created a spacious open-plan kitchen-dining area, added two extra bedrooms, doubled the size of the master suite, and ensured each of the five bedrooms had its own luxury bathroom. One of the standout features, the original ballroom with its parquet dance floor, was meticulously restored, bringing a sense of timeless elegance to the property. This renovation blends the charm of the past with the comforts of modern living, making The Ballroom a truly special place.
